Cancellation Policy

Bloom parties are subject to additional transportation fees. Postponements are accepted pending availability and must be done 1 week before scheduled event. If client cancels or postpones less than 1 week to the scheduled event client is liable for purchased floral product and materials. Virtual consultations can be cancelled and postponed or rescheduled up to 3 times, after a 3rd cancellation clients needs to purchase a new session.
