  • How we will deliver your order

    All Valentine's Day day orders are for delivery only within NC, and the delivery service fee is based on address location from our Raleigh and Highpoint address. Valentine's Day week is a busy week, and pickups will not be available as we will be busy making beautiful gifts and on the road for deliveries.

    Deliveries start on February 12th through the 14th.

    Alternative flower colors can be available upon request with your order.

  • What if we miss your recipient?

    If your recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will contact them via phone to alert them and leave the flowers at their door or front desk (if delivered at a business).

    If you prefer that we attempt the delivery in person again, please select that option with your order as there will be a nominal re-delivery service fee.

  • Order cancelation

    We understand things happen, and you may need to cancel your order.

    All pre-order cancelations will be honored with a refund (less sevice fee) if the cancelation is placed before February 10th. This is important because on or after that date, we would have purchased all florals plus materials associated with your order.

    If you still need to cancel anyway, we can offer store credit for full amount towards future orders, or we can reimburse you 50% of your order amount (less service fee)
